EliminInk is a proprietary solution that is injected into the tissue the same way tattoo inks and permanent makeup is injected into the tissue, using a tattoo machine.  Once applied into the tissue, the solution bonds with the original tattoo, breaks apart the pigment, and draws the ink to the surface, scabbing over and eventually falling off.
